I haven’t been covering many cakes in fondant lately, but when Clare requested it, I was curious to see if I still had it. And I do! I remember way back in the day when I’d roll it out and have to re-roll the fondant multiple times because it wasn’t large enough to cover the cake.
Thankfully, this was super easy! I added some edible gold leaf to the bottom of each tier and then Clare & Joe had some fresh roses for me to add to the cake.
